My life really didn't begin to become vibrant until I married my husband, had our first son, and rediscovered Christ. It only got better after that (with some bumps in the road). Second son born, moving thousands of miles across the U.S. to the desert. Living in a literal desert and finding the Lord and accepting Him into my heart. Facing the most challenging and heartbreaking event in my life...the sudden death of our oldest precious son, Ethan Joshua. Finding the new normal while trying to be Holy Spirit lead. Thankful for my faithful and loving husband, for my precious son who literally makes me laugh everyday and brings joy I could never imagine. Oh, and I'm a mommy to a vizsla named Peter Abraham, a.k.a Peaty. He's a dog, by the the way!
We started the day off making homemade donuts!!! YUMMY!!!
Then we went to the annual Freedom Fest held here on Nellis. They have tons of food (the free food is a long wait, so we opted out of the long line), various vendors, and a kids zone with fun inflatables and such.
We ended the night watching fireworks from the comfort of our front yard!!
